Manage your utility account anywhere, anytime from a smart device by using the Jackson Energy Authority app. FaceId allows for convenient login and easy-to-use menus provide account information in real-time.

To set up an account, a 12-digit JEA account number and the last 4 digits of the Social Security number tied to the account, or any previous statement amount will be needed. Once setup in the app is complete, functionality between the app and online portal will be seamless.

Features in the new app include:

Edit Profile

Provides information about the customer profile and can be updated at any time.

Accounts

Lists all utility accounts linked to the customer profile.

Once an account has been selected, options are available for:

Account Home

Gives an overview of current balance, last update, account summary, and payment activity. Also offers options to make a payment, view bill summary (including a pdf download), and access to the Electric Outage Center.

Statement History

Provides historical information about the selected account at-a-glance or via a downloadable pdf file.

Payments

Provides historical payment information and a link to make a payment.

Outage Status

Shows current outage information, important reminders, and a link to report an electric outage as an electric customer.

Usage Summary NEW!

Monitor utility service usage based on monthly, daily, or intervals where applicable, in a comparison or aggregate view.

Payment Methods

Provides multiple methods of payment including checking account, savings account, credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), or debit card with the option to save payment information.

Contact Us

Provides hours, locations, phone numbers, and email addresses for each Customer Center location.
