Permits & City Requirements

Jackson Energy Authority works hand-in-hand with the City of Jackson to provide a smooth process for the contractor and developer; however, there are certain city and county processes, documents, fees, permits and other materials necessary that are not managed or sold by Jackson Energy Authority. Note: effective January 1, 2020, we have discontinued the sale of electrical permits for Madison County. Please refer to the links below for the necessary city and county materials for your project.
