One-Stop Service

At Jackson Energy Authority, our goal is to make it easy for you to do business with us. JEA customers enjoy the convenience of getting their electric, gas, water, wastewater, and telecommunications services from one provider.

At the same time, our Customer Service Representatives are trained to handle nearly all of your utility needs. Customer service is available between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. weekdays at 422-7500. You'll also find them in person at our new Customer Center in The Columns area on Pleasant Plains Extended and at our downtown office at 119 E. College St. The new Customer Center will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. The downtown office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

From installing gas lights and grills to helping to checking your home for energy efficiencies, Jackson Energy Authority offers its customers a variety of services.
