a fixed income. We can delay the bill's due date until after your monthly
retirement or government check arrives.
Credit: We have several options to extend your credit if you have problems
paying your bill.
- Third Party Notification:
You can be notified if a friend or family member living at another
location has a utility bill past due.

it through voluntary donations added to their monthly utility bill.
