Get Connected with Customer Choice, Jackson Energy Authority's Financing Program

Customer Choice allows our customers to choose and pay for the best appliances and utility improvements they need for their homes. Getting connected through Customer Choice is easy. Follow these steps:

1. If you are a homeowner and have Jackson Energy Authority services, go to JEA's office downtown at 119 E. College or to The Connection in Old Hickory Mall to apply for financing from a third-party bank for one of the many items listed below.

2. Once you get financing approval, bring your approval slip to an approved Jackson Energy Authority dealer/contractor.

3. Pick out your appliance and have it installed by an Jackson Energy Authority-approved contractor/dealer or through his agent.

4. The contractor/dealer will tell us about your purchase/installation.

5. You'll pay for your purchase on your monthly utility bill.
