Our Automatic Payment Plan Through Bank Draft Saves Time, Postage and Worry

Bank draft -- or automatic payment plan -- is a convenient way to pay your utility bill. Automatic payment is available to any customer with a checking account. All you need to do is complete this form and send it to us. The plan starts with your next month's billing. The draft will be deposited three days before the due date of your bill.

This form authorizes Jackson Energy Authority to process a draft for the net amount of your utility bill each month. This amount will be deducted from your account and Jackson Energy Authority will send you a utility bill marked "paid."

As you send us this form, you are agreeing that... It will not be necessary for anyone to sign this draft and that your rights in respect to each draft shall be the same as a personal check if issued and signed by you personally. You further agree that the Jackson Energy Authority will be under no obligation to furnish you with any special notice in writing of the presentation of this draft for payment. This authorization will remain in effect until you revoke it in writing or until Jackson Energy Authority deems it necessary to remove your name from the "automatic payment plan." A copy of this authorization will be sent to your bank for verification of information.
