Next 43,000 gallons: $0.2348 per 100 gallons
Excess over 50,000 gallons: $0.1525 per 100 gallons

1-inch meter: $14.98
1 1/2-inch meter: $24.27

Outside City Limits

Water Installation Fees

The size of your meter and service line to our main is based on the number of gallons of water you need per minute.

Water main development fee: $14.50 a foot to the property (if required) and $14.50 a foot across the front of the property.

Service connection fee from our main to the property line for a typical residential water service:

Inside City Limits:
3/4-inch meter: $580
1-inch meter: $900

Outside City Limits:
3/4-inch meter: $780
1-inch meter: $1,100

Developer Installed:
