As a Jackson Energy Authority customer, you can help your neighbors in need through Project Help.

It is easy to contribute to Project Help through your monthly utility bill payment. Tell us how much you want to donate to Project Help each month and we add that amount to your utility bill (until you no longer want to participate).

JEA administers your contribution at no cost; every dollar donated helps someone in need. Area Relief Ministries distributes the money to people in need all year long according to strict guidelines. Most often, those helped are the disabled, elderly or families without any household income.
