Tisdal Place Progress : Outside

The cypress wood outside the home was in good shape, but received a badly needed coat of paint. It was wet sanded, then dry sanded and then painted. Before painting, the house exterior was completely scraped and primed. An exterior spackling was applied (center) to smooth out the rough surfaces.

All of the windows were replaced with highly energy-efficient, double-paned Pella windows. The windows, which all open, have a 20-year replacement guarantee.
