Jackson Energy Authority is a major player in Jackson's economic growth and in its ability to attract more jobs. We provide the necessary infrastructure of water, wastewater, electric, gas and broadband services so our community can grow.

The last few years have been extremely busy at JEA as our employees extend service to new shopping centers, subdivisions, growth areas and industries. Team Madison County

When it comes to industrial development, JEA is part of an important team. We call it Team Madison County. Besides Jackson Energy Authority, the other players are the City of Jackson, Madison County, the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce, the Jackson Industrial Development Board, TVA, and the many others who contribute their time to recruit industry.

JEA plays a critical role in the development of our community's industrial parks. We are in partnership with the City of Jackson on Jackson's new Class A industrial park -- the Tiger Jones Technology Park -- which offers a high-tech infrastructure and other amenities not often found in industrial parks.
