In the next few weeks, the www.eplus.net page where you login to gain access to JEA/EPlus Broadband email services will have a new look and feel. The page currently developed and maintained by Google as an iGoogle partner page will no longer be maintained in the near future. We know the sensitivity that customers have to change to login pages and we wanted to make you aware of these changes prior to them occurring.
We plan to transition the current iGoogle partner page at www.eplus.net to a new page on or before Wednesday, October 23, 2013. The new design will continue to have a sign-in to your email, plus convenient links to other JEA services and a few links to popular Google applications.
EPlus Broadband internet customers will continue to access their EPlus email from www.eplus.net and we anticipate only a momentary delay in this service during the transition. Once the new home page is available, you can simply login to your email account at by clicking the "Sign In" button. The webmail login screen will open and you can enter your username and password to continue signing in.

If you forgot your password or need to change your password you can make these changes by logging in to your account settings on the Online Services Manager (Account Management) page. Also, you can call Jackson Energy Authority to set up your password.
