The West Tennessee Advertising Federation sponsored the 2005 Addy Awards Banquet on February 8th, 2005 at The Jackson Country Club. Out of 169 entries, Jackson Energy Authority won a host of awards for their advertising presence in the radio, television, and graphic design categories of GOLD, SILVER, and AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE.

The Addy’s have been a part of the advertising profession for more than 40 years. They began in Miami, Florida in 1960 and by 1968 the competition had grown to a national event. Since that time the event has grown into the most prestigious advertising competition in the world.
