Project Help: small change for a big change.

Project Help is a program created for Area Relief Ministries that can make a big change for our neighbors and our community. With little or no effort at all, you can help those families struggling to pay their utility bills. Project Help allows you to make a contribution by adding an amount to your utility bill each month. Whether it’s $1, $2 or $10, no amount is too small to give. You may consider your contribution to be small change, but small change adds up to make a big change.
